Philadelphia Police have a suspect in custody in this week's stabbing of City Councilman David Oh. 24-year-old Shawn Yarbray surrendered to police at the Southwest Detectives headquarters around 11 a.m. this morning at the urging of his family. He arrived with his attorney and step-father. He was identified by investigators and an arrest warrant was issued on Friday night. Yarbray is charged with attempted murder, attempted robbery, aggravated assault, and related offenses. He denies all allegations. It happened on Wednesday night on the 5800 block of Thomas Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. Oh was approached by the suspect as he was unloading bags from his car outside his home. He was stabbed in his left side and underwent surgery at Penn Presbyterian. He is currently recovering, but made it into the office on Friday. Oh picked Yarbray out of a lineup of photographs.

A toddler is dead in Delaware County after being shot inside their home on Saturday afternoon. It happened at 3:15 p.m. 2900 block of Bethel Road near Green Street in Chester Township. According to reports, the 3-year-old boy somehow got a hold of a gun and accidentally shot himself. Chester Township police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A $5,000 reward is now being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the man wanted for sucker punching a man with cerebral palsy outside a 7-Eleven in West Chester last month. 29-year-old Barry Baker of Georgetown, Delaware, was identified and arrested last month in the brutal attack caught on surveillance video. He was charged with simple assault and released on $25,000 bail. Baker has since disappeared. Prosecutors have issued warrants for a parole violation and for failing to appear in court for a separate domestic issue. Anyone with information about Baker's whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Marshal's Tipline at 866-865-8477 or the Chester County Sheriff's Fugitive Unit Tipline at 610-344-4333.
