Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot in the head in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 1600 block of Margaret Street at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday night. Police arrived on the scene to find the man unresponsive and he was pronounced dead on the scene. So far there is no word on any suspects or a motive at this time.

Bucks County Officials have stated that the preliminary hearings for Cosmo Dinardo and Sean Kratz, who are responsible for the murders of the 4 missing Bucks County men, have been postponed. Both of the men are now scheduled to face a district judge on September 7th in Doylestown. Police are also currently investigating Dinardo's most recent claims that he murdered two other people in the past 5 years.

Police are now searching for a missing Bucks County man who was last seen in the area on June 1st. 22-year-old Timothy Ceaser was last seen near a 7-Eleven store in Croydon near the Neshaminy Creek on Route 13. Ceaser is described as a male, 5'10", 130 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, as well as tan and black Nike shoes. Ceaser was also seen carrying a black toiletry bag, black jeff cap and tan slippers. Anyone with information on Ceaser's whereabouts are asked to contact police.
