Haverford Township police have released a photo of a man wanted for questioning in connection with a deadly shooting on Saturday afternoon in Ardmore. The shooting happened just after 6 pm outside an apartment along the 2300 block of Haverford Road near Wynnewood Road. Medics arrived to find the man shot and lying in the doorway to his friend's apartment. He apparently had just picked up an order at the pizza shop up the street and was heading to his friend's. The man was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have surveillance footage of the victim inside the pizza place. When the victim leaves the restaurant, the person-of-interest in the red hoodie can be seen walking ahead of the victim and then running away after the shooting. Investigators are trying to determine what happened in the time between. They are not releasing the victim's name at this point.

A man was stabbed to death inside a homeless shelter in Center City Philadelphia on Saturday morning. It happened around 9:30 a.m. at the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission on the 300 block of North 13th Street near Pearl St. The man was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Police took a man into custody and recovered a weapon. A few dozen witnesses were also interviewed. Police have not released the names of those involved. The shelter serves three free meals a day in addition to its men's shelter and long term recovery programs. http://www.sundaybreakfast.org/

A 4-year-old girl is dead and many more were injured after a house fire in Camden, NJ on Friday night. The two-alarm fire started in a twin home on the 1200 block of Morton Street before midnight Friday. Firefighters arrived to find flames coming from both floors and heavy smoke. Five adults and five children were able to escape, but 4-year-old Layannie Williams did not make it. Some of the children were tossed from the windows and caught by those outside. Those injured were taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. The Red Cross is assisting the families now displaced from the home. The house did have working smoke detectors. Officials are trying to determine a cause of the blaze but do not think it is suspicious.

An 8-year-old boy was hit by a train in Delaware County on Friday night. It happened just before 6 p.m. on CSX tracks on the unit block of Industrial Highway in Tinicum Township. The train ran over the boy's leg. He was taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center and then transferred to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. No word on his condition or why he was up on the tracks.
