The incident was captured on surveillance camera. It happened at 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the Congregation Beth Solomon at 198 Tomlinson Road in the city's Somerton section. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting outside a Northeast Philadelphia Target store on Friday afternoon. 30-year-old Tyrell Wright has been charged with attempted murder and related offenses. It happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday outside the store on the 7400 block of Bustleton Avenue. An argument among a group of men in the front of the store turned into a fight and escalated when Wright opened fire. A 29-year-old man was shot in the back. He stumbled back into the store and collapsed. At this point most of the shoppers and employees had fled to the back of the store and waited until SWAT cleared the premises to be evacuated. The victim is currently in stable condition.
