The man who is accused of urinating on a Northeast Philadelphia Synagogue has now turned himself in. He has been identified as 23-year-old Sheidali Dzhalilov of the 2100 block of Hoffnagle Street. Dzhalilov is charged with ethnic intimidation, indecent exposure, institutional vandalism, desecration objects, open lewdness, harassment, and disorderly conduct. The incident took place this past Sunday at around 12:30 am at the Congregation Beth Solomon on 198 Tomlinson Road in Northeast Philadelphia. Surveillance footage shows that the man walked up to the building, gave an obscene hand gesture towards the camera, and then began to urinate on the synagogue. The suspect turned himself into police on Tuesday night.

A Bucks County woman is now suing Chick-Fil-A after she found a dead mouse in her chicken sandwich. The woman, Ellen Manfalouti, had a friend grab her a chicken sandwich from the Langhorne Chick-Fil-A back in November. Manfalouti says that she was eating the sandwich when she tasted something funny. Upon further investigation, she found a dead mouse that was baked into the bun of her sandwich. Manfalouti is now suing the company for more than $50,000 to be compensated for physical and psychological injuries.

The second lawyer who defended Bill Cosby in his sexual assault trial that ended in a deadlock now wants off of the case before his second trial in November. The Los Angeles lawyer, Angela Agrusa, filed documents on Tuesday to withdraw from Cosby's council. Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neil has set a hearing for August 22 to hear Agrusa's request, but she is asking to delay the hearing till September 11th. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele is now asking the judge to deny the request, saying it delays justice. Cosby is being retried on charges that he drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand over a decade ago. His primary counsel, Philadelphia lawyer Brian McMonangle, filed paperwork to withdraw earlier this month.
