Man Killed By Drunk Driver; Threat Made At Bucks County HS; Hurricane Irma Update

Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was hit and killed by a suspected drunk driver in the Tacony section of Philadelphia. The incident took place at around 4 pm Sunday at the intersection of Torresdale and Magee Street. The driver hit and killed the 73-year-old victim and then smashed into several parked cars. Police are continuing the investigation

Bucks County School officials are now on alert for Monday after a threat was made against Central Bucks West High School. Officials say that a threat was written on the boy's bathroom stall which referenced the day September 11th, 2017. They have not released the specifics of what the message stated, but they are taking it very seriously. Officials are calling police officers to be present at the high school on Monday as a precautionary measure.

Hurricane Irma has now reached Florida and is bringing heavy rain fall and devastating winds. The storm has reached a Category 2 hurricane with winds reaching as high as 105 mph, it has already passed through Naples and is now heading for Fort Myers and Tampa. Millions of people had to be relocated. Officials say that the death-toll right now is at 3 people Officials are expecting the storm to be just as devastating as it was in Naples, where water rose to four feet in only 30 minutes.
