Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying a person-of-interest wanted in an identity theft scheme in Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties. One or more suspects placed skimmer devices on the card slots of several ATM machines to read card numbers. They also placed a small camera that would record the victim's PIN as they typed into the keypad. With both pieces of information someone could create a duplicate card and take money out of your account. Police have released a surveillance photo of a person-of-interest they want to question. If you recognize this man, contact the Philadelphia Police Department's Major Crimes Unit at 215-686-3396/97

Delaware County, Pennsylvania, has filed lawsuit against several pharmaceutical companies for their various practices involved with opioid pain killers. Prescription pain killers are often the unwitting stepping stones that lead many to addiction, illicit drugs such as heroin, and increasingly, overdose and death. Attorney Bob Mongeluzzi said the companies, "Created disinformation to hoodwink and convince doctors that opioids weren't addictive." Delaware County is the first in Pennsylvania to file suit, although it joins other counties and municipalities across the country. 41 state Attorney Generals, including Pennsylvania, have also joined together to investigate the pharmaceutical companies and their role in the opioid epidemic.

A volunteer firefighter in Delaware County has been arrested after he was accused of inappropriately touching a teen girl. 30-year-old Anthony Tinney is charged with multiple counts of indecent assault. The incident happened on March 27th. The 13-year-old girl told county social services that Tinney inappropriately touched her multiple times over her clothing while they were playing a game. She showed them three locations where she was touched. Tinney was a friend of the family and would babysit on occasion. He is a volunteer for the Ridley Park Fire Department. Tinney turned himself in to the Eddystone Police on Wednesday. Bail is set at 20% of $200,000.
