One pedestrian was injured Monday morning after they were struck by a SEPTA bus in Center City. Police have stated that the pedestrian was struck by a Route 27 SEPTA bus at the intersection of Broad and Vine Streets at around 9:30 am on Monday. The victim was then taken to a local nearby hospital. The extent of the victim's injuries is not known at this time. The incident is still under investigation.

A Ridley Township man has now been charged in connection with indecent exposure involving a teen. The incident happened on September 18th at around 3 pm near East Country Club and Palmers Lane. The victim told police that the suspect, John Dellarocco, drove past her in his car and then stopped the vehicle on the side of the road. Police then stated as she walked by the vehicle, Dellarocco has his genitals exposed with the window down. The victim said that he did not say anything to her and drove away before police arrived. Dellarocco turned himself into police on Monday. He has now been charged with Indecent Exposure and Open Lewdness in connection with this incident and a previous incident. He was arraigned and released on bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 16th.

A Montgomery County man has been charged in the Sunday night shooting that took place in Tullytown, Bucks County. 33-year-old Anthony Depolo has been charged in the shooting of his girlfriend 45-year-old Helen Lynn Farr. Farr was found lying on the ground on the 300 block of Main Street at around 8:45 pm on Sunday. She was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead at 1:15 am. Depolo was taken to the Tullytown Police Department where he stated that Farr grabbed his semi-automatic gun out of his holster and shot herself. After more questioning, Depolo admitted to pulling his gun out and shooting Farr as she came toward him during an argument. Depolo is now being charged with criminal homicide and possession of an instrument of crime. A preliminary hearing has been set for 9:15 am on October 10th.
