A Ridley Township man has now been charged in connection with indecent exposure involving a teen. The incident happened on September 18th at around 3 pm near East Country Club and Palmers Lane. The victim told police that the suspect, John Dellarocco, drove past her in his car and then stopped the vehicle on the side of the road.
