A Pennsylvania little league and youth wrestling coach from Shippensburg has been identified as one of the 59 victims killed in the mass shooting at a country music concert in Las Vegas on Sunday night. Bill Wolfe Jr. was a coach for the Shippensburg Little League and well as the Shippensburg Greyhound wrestling team. He worked as a professional engineer. Wolfe Jr and his wife Robyn were in Las Vegas celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Robyn was not injured. The shooting happened on the third day of the Route 91 Harvest Festival during the final act on Sunday night. The shooter opened fire on the large crowd from a hotel room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay resort across the street. 59 people were killed and over 500 were injured.

The Shippensburg Police Department posted this statement on their facebook page: “It is with the most of broken hearts, the families of Bill Wolfe Jr. and his wife Robyn share that Bill has been confirmed to be among the deceased as a result of the mass attack in Las Vegas. Please continue to hold our entire family as well as those affected across the nation in your unending prayers. At this time we ask that you respect the families privacy during this horrific time. Thank you.”

A Temple University student was killed after falling from a 6-story window this morning on campus in North Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead a short time later. Dalcourt was a first year mechanical engineering student. The circumstances surrounding the fall are still being investigated. Counseling is available at the Tuttleman Counseling Services building at 1700 North Broad Street.
