Penn State University has now suspended one of its fraternities after a student suspected of drinking was found unconscious. University officials are currently investigating Delta Tau Delta's involvement in the incident after the 18-year-old student was found unconscious near the frat's house back on September 28th. Officials are trying to figure out whether or not the fraternity supplied alcohol to the minor which caused him to pass out. Penn State is taking this incident very seriously after the death of Timothy Plaza back in February of this year.

Two men from New York have now been arrested after being accused of running a multi-state ATM card skimming operation, involving Philadelphia. Abington Township and Upper Moreland Police worked with the NYPD to locate and arrest the suspects. The men were found with $16,000 cash as well as several hundreds of dollars worth in gift cards in their Queens apartment. The two men installed ATM skimmers around the Philadelphia area last August. Montgomery County officials are now charging them with more than 900 counts of fraud and identity theft.

An event was held on Wednesday afternoon to install seven new bronze plaques on Philadelphia's Walk of Fame outside the Kimmel Center on Broad Street. Some of the honorees on the Walk this year include: Sister Sledge, Jill Scott and the group Labelle consisting of Sarah Dash, Nona Hendryx, and Pattie Labelle. Over 100 more artists have been honored previously including Billie Holiday, Hall and Oates, Frankie Avalon and The Roots. The inductees were further honored at a gala on Wednesday evening at the Fillmore in Fishtown.
