Philadelphia Police are now investigating a shooting that occurred in Oxford Circle involving a pregnant woman. Police say that the shooting took place on the 1500 block of Rosalie Street at around 6 pm on Tuesday night. The 21-year-old Tamara Vellon, who is nine months pregnant and due to give birth today, was shot by her 43-year-old neighbor Onice Cox. The woman was shot in her left leg, after the bullet ended up going through her right leg. She was taken to Einstein Medical Center where she is listed in stable condition. The suspect remains in police custody as the investigation continues. Cox is charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and related counts.

Police in Bucks County are searching for a suspect who is wanted in connection with a road rage incident on I-95 that ended in gunfire on Monday evening. The incident took place at around 5 pm when both drivers were exiting the highway onto Route 413 in Bristiol Township. Police say that the suspect pulled up to the victim's car and told him to roll down his window, once he did, the suspect pointed a gun at him and fired. Two bullet holes were left in the victim's car, one in the right rear quarter panel, another in the top of the passenger side door. Police say that the bullet in the passenger side door was stopped by the metal and rubber trim. The victim says that the driver was acting aggressive on the road towards him before the shooting. The suspect is described as a white male, around 30-years-old, with a mustache and a goatee. He was seen driving a 2003 Buick Rendezvous. Anyone with information is asked to contact Bristiol Township Police (267-812-3036).

Lawyers for Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill have filed legal documents asking the judge who sentenced him to recuse herself from the case. Mill, aka Robert Williams, has been sentenced to 2-4 years in state prison for violating his probation. Philadelphia Judge Genece Brinkley issued the sentence even though the DA's office suggested no jail time as a viable option. Fans have shown their disapproval with Judge Brinkley's sentence. Many took to the streets on Monday to rally against the sentence. Several billboards as well as marked tour buses can be seen around the city with the words "Stand With Meek Mill."
