New Jersey police have captured 3 of 4 teenagers who escaped from a juvenile detention center overnight. It started at the Harborfields Youth Detention Facility in Egg Harbor City around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. The four teens overpowered a guard and stole his keys. They fled in his vehicle and eventually crashed it. The Atlantic County sheriff said that they had 100 officers and 26 K-9 units searching including a state police helicopter. School districts were closed on Wednesday morning as the search continued and citizens were urged to keeps windows and doors locked. Stephine Woodley, Raymir Lampkin, and Donovan Nickerson were caught around 9 a.m. when police responded to a burglary in Bridgeton, about 35 miles from Egg Harbor City. 18-year-old Michael Huggins remains at large. He was being held on murder charges and should be considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information call the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office at 609-909-7200.

Two brothers who shot and killed a father in front of his 2-year-old daughter during an attempted car jacking in September were in court today for a preliminary hearing. 21-year-old Maurice Roberts and 16-year-old Marvin Roberts are accused of robbing and killing 38-year-old Gerard Grandzol in the Spring Garden section of Philadelphia. It happened on September 7th. Grandzol had just finished parking his SUV at 15th and Melon. He was approached by the suspects who took his wallet and demanded his keys. He refused to hand them over saying his daughter was still strapped in the back seat. That's when he was shot twice in the head. It was all caught on a nearby surveillance camera. The two brothers then fled. They are charged with first degree murder and other offenses. The next hearing is December 6th.

The Christmas Village in Philadelphia will be returning to LOVE Park this year for its 10th anniversary. A preview set for this weekend (November 18-19th) has been canceled due to construction delays on the newly renovated park, but the authentic open-air German Christmas market will open as planned on Thanksgiving Day. Last year, the market was held next to City Hall and drew a record 750,000 visitors. The market features over 80 international and local merchants and artists selling gifts and crafts in decorated tents and wooden houses. There is also a variety of German fare such as Bratwurst, Schnitzel, and Spaetzle. The LOVE Park renovations will not be fully complete until next spring, but this portion has opened in time to host the Christmas Village.
