A Montgomery County karate instructor has now been accused of sexually assaulting three boys. Officials say that the accused, 26-year-old Evan Burgess, has been an instructor for several years at De Stolfo's Premier Martial Arts Studio in Plymouth Meeting. Prosecutors in the case say that Burgess assaulted the boys on multiple occasions such as at sleepovers in his home and during out of state trips for karate tournaments. The owners of the studio fired Burgess this past May after parents began to report the alleged incidents.

Former Radnor Township commissioner, Phillip Ahr, who has been charged with child pornography, is set to stand trial. Ahr stood before a judge on Thursday morning in Delaware County where he waived his preliminary hearing. Ahr is facing many charges including possession and distribution of child pornography dating back to 2013. Ahr's arraignment has been set for January 3rd.

Philadelphia Police are now searching for a suspect who is wanted for the murder of a teen over Thanksgiving weekend. 18-year-old Jahsun Patton, a student at Boys' Latin Charter School in West Philadelphia, was shot and killed by the alleged suspect, 30-year-old Derrick Butler. Officials say that Patton was in Harrisburg visiting his sister, when Butler entered the sister's apartment and shot him. Police are now searching for Butler, who's last known address was in Durham, North Carolina. Police are also searching Philadelphia and other surrounding areas where they know Butler has family. Patton was an honor student, a member of the football team, a part of the school's theatre troupe, and was preparing to enter college after graduation this year.
