Two young boys were killed and three family members injured in a fire before dawn this morning in Montgomery County. It happened around 5:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Summit Avenue in Schwenksville, PA. The home belongs to Montgomery County Sheriff Deputy Bryan Lukens and his family. State Police say that Bryan, his wife Tracy, and 9-year-old daughter Soffia were able to make it out of the home but that his sons 11-year-old Bryan Jr. and 6-year-old Parker were found dead in their shared bedroom. Bryan remains in the burn unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Tracy and Soffia were treated and released from Pottstown Hospital. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blaze. A gofundme page has been set up to help the family. https://www.gofundme.com/lukensfamilyfund

Police are searching for a missing 75-year-old man who suffers from dementia in Upper Darby, Delaware County. Francisco Martinez was last seen by his wife around midnight Tuesday at their apartment on the 800 block of Providence Road in Secane. Martinez is known to frequent Goff's Suds and Soda located at 560 South Oak Avenue and Giant Supermarket at 539 South Oak Avenue in Aldan. Both businesses have not seen him. He is described as 5' 5", 170 lbs. with brown eyes and thin build. He was last seen wearing grey pajama pants and a grey shirt. He has lost weight since the photo taken below. If you see Mr. Martinez, contact police.

The Chester County mother whose 3-year-old son, Scotty McMillan, was beaten to death in the mobile home she shared with her boyfriend and his wife was sentenced today. Jillian Tait was sentenced to 42 to 94 years in prison. She pled guilty to third degree murder and avoided life in prison by agreeing to testify against her boyfriend Gary Fellenbaum. Police responded to their residence in West Caln on November 4th, 2014 for an unresponsive child. At the time District Attorney Tom Hogan said, "Over a three day period... he was systematically tortured and beaten to death. He was punched in the face and in the stomach. He was scourged with a homemade whip. He was lashed with a metal rod. He was tied to a chair and beaten. He was tied upside down by his feet and beaten. His head was smashed through a wall." It all began when Scotty wouldn't eat his breakfast. Gary Fellenbaum was sentenced earlier this year to life plus 10-20 years. Amber Fellenbaum, who also lived in the trailer, was sentenced to 1 ½ to 16 years for failing to report the abuse.
