Missing St. Joseph's University rugby player Mark Dombroski has been found dead after an extensive search by authorities in Bermuda. The 19-year-old from Media, Pennsylvania was visiting the island with his team for a rugby tournament. He was last seen outside of a bar and restaurant call Dog House on Front Street in Hamilton at about 1:05 a.m. early Sunday morning. His parents, who were also in Bermuda to watch the tournament, reported him missing to the police the next morning. Bermuda authorities were able to follow some of his movements on CC-tv cameras. The Bermuda Police Service, the Royal Bermuda Regiment, along with volunteers joined the search. The Bermuda Rugby Football Union had even offered a $1,000 reward. He was found in the moat at Fort Prospect, which is located between Mary Victoria Road and Police Headquarters in Devonshire about 1.5 miles from the restaurant. Foul play has not been ruled out at this time. Forensics officers are still processing the scene. The cause of death has not yet been determined.

Dombroski was a freshman at St. Joe's. He attended Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. A prayer service will be held at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Media, Pa at 7:30 p.m. tonight Monday.

Another winter storm is on the way just in time for the flip to spring. This will be a two part punch over two days with the second half potentially dumping a healthy serving of snow. It'll start on Tuesday morning with snow perhaps mixing with rain during the afternoon. Expect an inch or so of accumulation, especially to the south. The second round comes on Wednesday. It will be all snow and has the potential to accumulate 6-10 inches of heavy wet snow. High temperatures will be in the mid 30's both days.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced fines and restitution against a Philadelphia towing company in a settlement for illegally towing drivers' cars. George Smith Towing will have to repay the $205 towing fines for all 28 consumers who filed complaints. The company will also pay $5,000 in civil damages, and $3,000 for the cost of the investigation. If you feel you have been the victim of a 'tow scam' contact the AG's office at 1-800-441-2555 or scams@attorneygeneral.gov. The deadline to file a complaint against Smith Towing as part of the settlement is April 29th. You can go to www.attorneygeneral.gov/submit-a-complaint
