A man, who authorities say checked out a teenager from school numerous times and fled to Mexico with her, has been arraigned and is being held on $500,00 bail. 45-year-old Kevin Esterly was arraigned Sunday on a felony charge of interference with the custody of a child. Authorities found Esterly, who is married and a father of 4, with 16-year-old Amy Yu in Playa Del Carmen a week ago and then flew him to Miami. The pair had been missing since March 5th. Esterly now has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 2nd.

The three people who were found dead several days after a house fire in North Philadelphia have been identified. The victims, 3-year-old Haashim Johnson, his mother, 25-year-old Alita Johnson and her father, 64-year-old Horace McOuellem. The fire broke out on Tuesday at a home on the 1800 block of North 21st Street. Officials described the house as an illegal boarding house. One person had been found dead on the scene on Tuesday, but the three other victims were not found until Friday. Crews began searching the wreckage again after receiving numerous calls from concerned family members. Fire Commisoner Adam Theil stated that "In the wake of the collapse there was no access from the second floor to the third floor, so we were unable to get to the third floor." On Friday, crews came back to the house with a special team to lift the structure, this is when they discovered the three victims. Officials say that records did not state the row home had multiple units, which makes it difficult on crews to know who may or may not be in the building.

Villanova is headed back to the NCAA Final Four after beating Texas Tech 71-59 on Sunday. The team came out ready to play on Sunday, Jalen Brunson had 16 points, Donte DeVincenzo had 12 points with 8 rebounds and Eric Paschall recorded a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds. Both teams matched a 33 percent shooting average from the floor, but Villanova, who is known for being a sold 3-point shooting team, only made 4 of 24 on Sunday. Coach Jay Wright said after the game: "Wasn't really a pretty offensive game. But we played pretty good defensively too, that's why I give Texas Tech credit, they did a great job but we don't rely on our shooting. There's a lot more to the game. Our guys take pride in that. We never worry about missing shots. It's fun when they go in but we don't worry about missing them." This will be Villanova's second trip to the Final Four in three years and third trip overall during Wright's tenure as head coach.
