Temple Fraternity Suspended Following Incidents; Reward For Missing Woman; Foles Gets New Contract

Temple University has suspended a men's fraternity after 'multiple credible reports' of illegal activity including 'underage drinking, the excessive use of alcohol, possibly drugs and sexual misconduct, including sexual assault.' The incidents occurred 'during social activities at Alpha Epsilon Pi.' Philadelphia police are investigating separate reports of sexual assault made by female Temple students. Two of the victims were 19 years old. One happened in February and the other in March; both were reported in April. The victims reported being assaulted after attending a party at the frat. There is a possible third victim that just came forward and will be interviewed by police. For more information and to report any information to Temple Police go to:

There is now a $30,000 reward in the case of a missing woman from Malvern. 44-year-old Anna Maciejewska went missing last April 2017. Her family from Poland has put up $20,000 and Crime Stoppers offered $10,000. Her husband reported her missing on April 10th but has not cooperated with the investigation. Her car was discovered only two miles from her home, but other than that there has been no trace. Pennsylvania State Police continue to work the case and search.

The Philadelphia Eagles and QB Nick Foles have agreed upon a reworked contract. The Super Bowl Champions and the Super Bowl MVP came to terms on a new deal that rewards the backup for leading the team to the championship and sets him up for the future with the team. Foles, 29, is in the final year of his contract and is scheduled to make a base salary of $4 milion in 2018. The new contract includes a signing bonus of $2 million and a mutual option for 2019. It also includes incentives if he starts and hits certain benchmarks. Considering that starting quarterback Carson Wentz is still recovering from knee surgery, Foles may be given the opportunity to cash in on some of those incentives at some point next season.
