Rapper Post Malone was on a private jet that made an emergency landing this afternoon in Orange County, New York, after the plane blew two tires during takeoff this morning from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. The Gulfstream IV jet took off around 10:50 a.m. and was heading to London Luton Airport in Luton, England. The plane's pilot circled the area for hours burning fuel. Airports in Massachusetts and Connecticut were also considered before they decided on New York Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, NY. The landing was made without incident. There were 16 people on the plane. Musician Andrew Watt was also aboard. Post Malone was in NYC on Monday night for MTV's Video Music Awards (VMAs) held at Radio City Music Hall. He won Song of the Year for "rockstar." He also closed out the night performing that song with 21 Savage and was then joined by Aerosmith for "Dream On," "Toys in the Attic." Post Malone will be in Philadelphia next weekend to perform during the Made in America Festival.

A man suspected of groping two teen girls at a Target store in Bucks County turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday, 8/21. The incident happened last Thursday, 8/16, at the store on Easton Road in Warrington. It was caught on store surveillance. Police say that the man groped a 15-year-old girl inside the store. As they were reviewing video footage they saw him grope a second girl. An image of the suspect was released on Monday, 8/20. The man saw his picture being shared on social media and went to the Warrington Township police station this morning. He was interviewed and released. The investigation continues.

UPDATE: 41-year-old Scott Raila of Horsham is charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and one count of indecent assault with a victim under 13 years of age.

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested for shooting and critically wounding a 15-year-old boy in West Philadelphia on Monday night, 8/20. It happened around 11:30 p.m. on the 5400 block of Cherry Street. "We believe the victim, the shooter, and at least one other male were all hanging out together when the shot was fired, so we don't have a motive for the shooting at this time," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said. An argument broke out just before the shooting. The 15-year-old was shot in the chest and was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical condition. He is currently stable.
