Philadelphia Police are looking for a man who attacked an employee at a Wendy's drive through window in the city's Tioga/Nicetown neighborhood earlier this month. It happened around 1:50 a.m. on August 6th at 2940 Fox Street. Police released surveillance video of the incident today. The man attempted to place an order, but the employee was have trouble hearing the man. Another employee tried to help listen. That's when the man became angry and began cursing. On the video, you can see the man pull around, park his vehicle, and get out. He walked up to the window and spat on one of the employees. The workers then locked the window. The man continued to spit and bang on the window. He then pulled out a socket wrench and threatened to break the window. The man then fled the area. He is described as a black male, late 20s to early 30s, medium complexion, beard, thin hair, and athletic build. He was wearing a dark-colored t-shirt with the Batman logo on the front and dark shorts. He was driving an older model silver Buick sedan. If you have any information call Philadelphia Police.

Philadelphia Police are searching for the gunman responsible for a double shooting last night, 8/27, in Roxborough that left one man dead and another injured. It happened Monday night around 10:30 p.m. on the 7700 block of Mathias Street. Police found a 32-year-old man shot execution style in the head sitting in the driver's seat of a red pickup truck. A 27-year-old man was found on the side of the street with gun shot wounds to the leg and arm. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center in stable condition. The suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a dark vehicle, possibly a Jeep.

A New Jersey father who was convicted of leaving his son to die following a car crash while he was fleeing a shoplifting in Bucks County was sentenced to state prison on Monday, 8/27. 28-year-old Christopher D. Kuhn of Hamilton was sentenced to 8.5 to 30 years for third-degree murder and other charges. In October 2017, Kuhn was fleeing from the Tullytown Walmart after stealing $228 worth of speakers. He ran a red light and collided with two other vehicles. His 2-year-old son Qadan Trievel, who was not restrained, was thrown from the vehicle in the crash. Kuhn left Qadan on the street, stepped over him, and fled on foot. The boy died from his injuries at the hospital. He was found guilty in a non-jury trial this past March.
