Authorities are searching for a former Bucks County youth football coach who failed to appear in court on Monday morning on child sexual assault charges. 48-year-old Shannon Westmoreland of West Chester is charged with Rape, Rape of a Child under Age of 13, Rape of a Child, Statutory Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault of a Child and other related offenses. The Bucks County District Attorney's Office says that his bail as now been revoked and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest. Westmoreland is accused of assaulting several different children including a 15-year-old in 2005 when he was a coach for the Bensalem Rambler's Athletic Association. He is also accused of assaulting another child starting at the age of 4 to about 9-10, and a third child when she was 6 in 1999 and again when she was 18 in 2011. If you know anything about Westmoreland's whereabouts call 911.

Police in Delaware County are still searching for members of two groups of men that got into an altercation leading to a shooting outside the Springfield Mall over the weekend. It happened around 1 p.m. at the shopping mall on Baltimore Pike in Springfield Township. Two groups got into a fight inside the mall. The fight then moved outside into a parking lot. That is when at least one member from each group pulled out a gun and opened fire. No one was injured but several cars were struck by bullets. The men then fled. The mall was briefly placed on lockdown after the shooting and then evacuated. It was closed the rest of Saturday and reopened on Sunday. If you have any information, call Springfield police at 610-544-1100.

A 15-year-old is in the hospital after being shot by his own mother. 38-year-old Rhonda Alvin is charged with Aggravated Assault, Endangering Welfare, Simple Assault, and related offenses. It happened on Sunday evening, 10/21, around 6 p.m. on the 4600 block of North 12th Street in Philadelphia's Logan section. Alvin shot her son in the left leg during an argument. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center in stable condition. She was placed into custody at the scene. Police recovered two firearms from the home belonging to Alvin. She does have a permit to carry.
