Three men are dead after a shooting inside a Frankford home on Thursday night, 12/7, because of a drug deal gone bad. It happened around 8:15 p.m. on the 5100 block of Saul Street. The 13-year-old son of one of the victims called police after gunfire erupted. Police arrived and found one man kneeling on the sidewalk outside, bleeding from gunshot wounds. He had two guns on him but complied with officers. That man was taken to the hospital where he later died. Inside the home, police found two other men already dead. The men have been identified as 30-year-old Juan Rodriguez, 31-year-old Chris Young, and 31-year-old Terrance Gaddy. Officials believe a drug deal had been arranged, but that Young went to the home with the intention of robbing the other two. That's went the gun fight broke out. There were other people in the home, including the 13-year-old and another child. No one else was injured. Police found a quantity of cocaine and cash near Young. No arrests have been made.

A Delaware man who was accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl before throwing her into a pond has been sentenced to life in prison. 25-year-old Daniel Santucci was sentenced on Friday, 12/7, to life plus 50 years after pleading guilty in August to attempted murder, kidnapping, and rape. He faced a minimum of 27 years but received the maximum penalty. It happened in April 2017. Santucci lured the girl into his car and drove off. About two hours later, some one spotted the child with little clothing on in a park 8 miles away. She had been thrown into a large pond. Santucci was arrested two weeks later in Florida for violating probation.

Police have arrested a man wanted for burglarizing the Main Line home of a fashion model just days before she was killed in the same apartment. 31-year-old Andre Milton was caught on Wednesday night, 12/5, during a traffic stop in Southwest Philadelphia on minor drug charges. Milton is accused of stealing from Christina Kraft's Ardmore apartment on August 19th. He is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and receiving stolen property. He remains in custody in lieu of $25,000 bail. Kraft was killed early in the morning of August 22nd. Her accused killer, 31-year-old Jonathan Wesley Harris, was in court on Friday, 12/7, for arraignment. Trial is set for May. He is remanded to custody with no bail. The two crimes are unrelated.
