Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck who attempted to lure a young girl in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday, 11/1. It happened around 6 p.m. on the 3500 block of Teton Road. Police say the man approached the girl saying, 'Give me a kiss', 'where is your mother?' and 'Let's Go.' He is described as a white male in his 50s, 6', last seen wearing a black shirt and jeans. He was driving a silver Ford 150 with a black truck bed cover.

Hundreds of passengers were stranded for hours on SEPTA Regional Rail trains on Saturday afternoon, 11/2. It started around 3:30 p.m. on the Paoli-Thorndale line. SEPTA says that a train near 30th Street Station had overhead line issues. That caused trains to back up behind it. Passengers were stuck on trains without power for up to 3 hours. Eventually SEPTA sent busses to transport passengers. The line has been shut down for the rest of the night. Amtrak also suspended service to Harrisburg along the same line.

A Delaware man has been arrested after a child accidentally overdosed on heroin found in his car. 31-year-old Gilbert Dickerson is facing numerous drug charges. Delaware State Police responded to the 2700 block of Pot of Gold Circle in Millsboro on Monday night, 10/28, for an 11-year-old in cardiac arrest. They found small bags of heroin on the child. The child was taken to AI DuPont Children's Hospital, condition is unknown. Police discovered that Dickerson's son had found an Altoids can in his car and brought it to school. The can was full of heroin baggies and the son gave some to the victim not knowing what it was. Police searched Dickerson's home and found many more bags of heroin.
