Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all 'non life-sustaining' businesses in the state to close their physical locations tonight Thursday, 3/19, at 8 p.m. If businesses do not comply with the order, enforcement actions will start at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, 3/21, including citations, fines, or license suspensions. "To protect the health and safety of all Pennsylvanians, we need to take more aggressive mitigation actions," Wolf said. "This virus is an invisible danger that could be present everywhere. We need to act with the strength we use against any other severe threat. And we need to act now before the illness spreads more widely." See the Full list of non life-sustaining and life-sustaining businesses below as well as Governor Wolf's order.

From the Governor’s office...

Dear Members,

As a follow-up to today’s announcement, you can provide any business that would like to seek a waiver with this email address:
RA-dcexemption@pa.gov

You may also offer the following email address to have a business contact the Administration with questions about whether they need to close:
ra-dcedcs@pa.gov

If you have already emailed us questions and we haven’t responded yet, we will get back to you and we will continue to be here to help.

Thank you for your patience.
