Megabus has suspended all service in and out of New York City through Thursday, April 9th. This is due to federal recommendations that anyone traveling from NYC should self-quarantine for 14-days. If you have booked travel on Megabus during this time, you will get a message about rescheduling. They have also updating their rescheduling policy to allow for rebooking at no cost. For more information go to: https://us.megabus.com/coronavirus-update. At this time, other bus companies like Peter Pan and Greyhound as well as Amtrak and NJ Transit trains still go in and out of New York City.

On Monday, 3/23, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order 109 that called for the suspension of all elective surgeries. The order also called for all businesses, facilities, etc. to perform an inventory of PPE (personal protective equipment) and other medical machines not currently in use. That inventory information should be sent to the state by 5 pm Friday, 5/27. The website for reporting is: https://covid19.nj.gov/ppereport

"Inventory of personal protective equipment to be taken: Any business, non-hospital health care facility, or institution of higher learning in possession of PPE, ventilators, respirators, or anesthesia machines not required for the provision of critical health care services shall undertake an inventory of these supplies and send that information to the State by 5:00 pm on Friday, March 27. The Office of Emergency Management shall establish a process for affected entities to submit this information."

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has extended 'stay-at-home' orders to 9 more counties. The new counties include Berks, Butler, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Luzerne, Pike, Wayne, Westmoreland, and York. The order takes effect at 8 p.m. Friday, March 27 and last until at least April 6. Residents are asked to stay home unless going to an essential job, exercising, shopping for groceries or other essential goods, going to a pharmacy, visiting a doctor, or any other life-sustaining activity. Allegheny, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Erie, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia counties are still under 'stay-at-home' orders.
