The Navy Blue Angels and Air Force Thunderbirds will perform a flyover of the Philadelphia and Trenton areas on Tuesday afternoon, April 28, starting around 1:45 p.m. It will last around 30 minutes. The two squadrons will also be flying over the New York City and Newark, NJ, areas earlier in the afternoon around noon. The demonstration squadrons will be flying over other cities in the weeks to come as part of Operation America Strong. It is a salute to honor all front line and essential workers during the coronavirus COVID-19 crisis including healthcare workers, first responders, military, and other essential personnel. Residents should watch the flyover from their own homes, maintain all social distancing guidelines, and avoid traveling to locations or gathering in groups to watch.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy unveiled a six step roadmap called 'The Road Back' "to restore the health, strength, and well-being of New Jersey for the long-term." Murphy emphasized that "public health creates economic health." The stay-at-home order will remain in effect until further notice. "Our priority is to use science, data, and facts to put New Jersey on the road to recovery. In order to restore economic health, we must first promote public health," said Governor Murphy. "These key principles and metrics are critical for giving New Jerseyans confidence that we will re-open our state with our public health protocols firmly in place and our health care system prepared. Restarting New Jersey's economy and returning people to work will be done methodically, strategically, and responsibly."

1) Demonstrate Sustained Reductions in New COVID-19 Cases and Hospitalizations
2) Expand Testing Capacity
3) Implement Robust Contact Tracing
4) Secure Safe Places and Resources for Isolation and Quarantine
5) Execute a Responsible Economic Restart
6) Ensure New Jersey's Resiliency

SEPTA has made changes to the schedules of buses and trollies that run 7 days a week. Those routes are no longer using a fixed timetable schedule. SEPTA has moved to a HEADWAY BASED or frequency-based Saturday schedule. Depending on the route and time of day the bus or trolly would run every 15 or 20 minutes or so. You can get real time route information on the SEPTA app by using the Transit View. You can also find the frequency information for each route at http://www.septa.org/covid-19/service-information.html
