The owner of a Plymouth Township, Montgomery County nail salon is being held for trial accused of sexually assaulting a minor. James Kit Vong is charged with aggravated indecent assault and other related charges. It happened in July at Artisan Nails on the 200 block of Ridge Pike in Conshohocken. He was arrested on November 4. He is now being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $250,000 cash bail. Police believe there may be more victims. If you have information, contact Plymouth Township Police at 610-279-1901.

Delaware County officials have restored portions of the government computer network that had been hijacked by cybercriminals in a ransomware attack last month. The county had lost access to police reports, payroll, purchasing, and other databases. Delaware County reportedly paid the hijackers' $500,000 ransom to regain control of their systems, which is covered by insurance.

"We commenced an immediate investigation that included taking certain systems offline and working with computer forensic specialists to determine the nature and scope of the event. We are working diligently to restore the functionality of our systems," it said.

"The investigation is ongoing and we are working with computer forensic specialists to understand the full nature and scope of the event and confirm accurate information before sharing the details. County employees have been notified and provided with information and instructions."

A man was found dead after a fire in a row home in North Philadelphia on Wednesday evening, 12/2. It happened around 6 p.m. on the 600 block of West Huntingdon Street. Philadelphia firefighters found the 58-year-old man inside shortly after arriving on scene. He was pronounced dead at 6:20 p.m. The fire was quickly brought under control. "Our heart goes out to all the folks who are affected by this-the neighborhood here, the family members. A difficult night for us here in Philadelphia," said Philadelphia Fire Commissioner Adam Thiel. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
