A 19-year-old was shot and killed inside a takeout restaurant in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood early Saturday morning, 12/5. It happened at the Natural Chinese and American takeout restaurant at North 8th Street and Lindley Avenue. The teen was shot several times in the chest, neck, and leg. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No arrests have been made. If you have any information, contact Philadelphia Police.

A large water main broke overnight in South Philly causing the street to buckle and many customers to lose service Saturday morning, 12/5. It happened on 2nd Street between Fitzwater and Pemberton in Queen Village. The street is shut down until further notice. The Philadelphia Water Department says a 12-inch water main broke leaving 200 customers without water. All service has since been restored. Work will have to be done to cleanup and fix the street. The cause of the break is under investigation.

Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting that happened after a car crash in Southwest Philadelphia on Saturday morning, 12/5. It started around 1 a.m. near 58th Street near Baltimore Avenue. The 29-year-old male victim was driving and got hit by the suspect's vehicle. The suspect drove off and the victim followed him. The suspect then crashed at 62nd Street and Washington Avenue and fled on foot. The victim tried to follow him in his car but lost him. He returned to the scene of the first crash to wait for police. While waiting he saw the suspect walking. This time he got out of his car and chased him on foot. A struggle ensued and the suspect pulled a gun. The victim was shot in the chest. He went back to his car and began to drive to the police station. He passed out and crashed onto a front lawn near 61st and Christian Streets. The victim was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in critical, but stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
