Police in Burlington County, NJ, have arrested and charged four people in connection to fires at the U.S. Pipe Foundry and McNeal Mansion. There were two arson fires set, one on April 26 and the second on June 7. 20-year-old Gabriel Vance of Berlin is charged with two counts each of arson, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing. 20-year-old Summer Wisor of Sicklerville is charged with two counts each of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. 18-year-old Daniel Badecki of Audubon is charged with one count each of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. 18-year-old Ryan Gibbs of Blackwood is charged with one count each of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. Vance is the only one charged with arson and the only one who remains in custody. Surveillance video from a nearby home helped lead authorities to the suspects. If you have information, call Detective Jamie Lambing at 609-386-0262, ext. 270.

A 10-year-old boy shot accidentally shot and killed himself after finding a gun at home in North Philadelphia. It happened just before 6 p.m. Saturday, 6/26, near North Broad Street and West Pacific Avenue in Tioga-Nicetown. The boy and his 8-year-old sister were home alone at the time. "Supposedly there was a gun inside a cabinet that the children found and at some point, it was discharged into his own head," Philadelphia Police Captain Lee Strollo said. His sister ran to a neighbor and called 911. The boy was rushed to St. Christopher's Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 6:39 p.m. Police are investigating where the gun came from, who it was registered to, and why it was accessible to the children.

A 22-year-old was killed and two teens injured in a shooting at a large pool party in Delaware early Sunday morning, 6/27. It happened around 1 a.m. outside a home on Louis Court in the community of Salem Woods in Newark. A 17-year-old male and a 19-year-old male were also shot multiple times and injured. They are at the hospital in stable condition. Stray shots damaged a parked car and even went through a neighbor's home and into a stairwell. New Castle County police are investigating. If you have any information, contact Detective Michael McNasby at 302-395-8110.

UPDATE: Police identify 22-year-old Aaron Moore as the fatal victim.
