Deadly Bucks County Fire; NJ Mother Kills Her Own Baby; Drive-by Triple Shooting

A man was killed after his Bucks County home caught fire early Sunday morning, 12/5. It happened around 3:15 a.m. on the 5800 block of Private Drive in Buckingham. When police and fire personnel arrived, one homeowner was already outside, but told authorities that another person was trapped inside. At that time, the house was engulfed in flames and smoke, making it impossible for rescuers to entered the home. Eventually, they were able to go inside and found the man unresponsive on the second floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

A Salem County, New Jersey, mother has been charged in the death of her 5-month-old daughter on Friday night, 12/3. 26-year-old Kristhie Alcazar of Penns Grove is charged with murder. It happened around 11 p.m. at the Penns Grove Gardens complex on Helms Cove Lane. Police responded to the report of a disturbance. Alcazar and another person were found arguing. Authorities discovered Alcazar's 5-month-old baby girl suffering from stab wounds to the chest. Multiple knives were recovered. Her death was determined to be a homicide. The girl's father was not present at the home at the time. The events leading up to the incident and the motive behind the crime as still being investigated.

Two men were killed and one was injured in a drive-by shooting outside of a North Philadelphia after-hours club early Sunday morning, 12/5. It happened around 4:30 a.m. Sunday on the 3200 block of North Front Street. A car drove by and opened fire on a group of people standing outside of the club near N. Front Street and Allegheny. Two 22-year-old men were shot and killed. A 21-year-old was injured. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and is in stable condition. No weapons were recovered and no arrests were made.
