The former principal of a Delaware County elementary school has been arrested for sexually an 11-year-old girl. 43-year-old Jonathan Wisneski is charged with two counts of institutional sexual assault, two counts of indecent assault, and two counts of endangering the welfare of children. Wisneski is the former principal at Primos Elementary in Clifton Heights in the Upper Darby School District. He left his position in 2018 after initial allegations were made. Upper Darby SD said, said, "The School District addressed this personnel matter appropriately with the information we were provided after a full investigation and input by all parties." Authorities just made the arrest after recently receiving new information in the case. Wisneski was working at Devereux CARES (Center for Autism Research & Educational Services) in Downingtown, Pa. He was placed on administrative leave. His bail was set at $150,000.

Three people were struck and killed by SEPTA vehicles in three separate accidents between Thursday night, 2/17, and Friday Friday morning, 2/18. The first incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the 2100 block of Penrose Avenue in South Philadelphia. 13-year-old Nicolas Ritter was hit by a bus while riding his bike in the middle of the street. He died at the scene. On Friday morning, a woman was killed by a Route 102 Collingdale trolley. That happened around 5 a.m. at Woodlawn and Andrews Avenues. In Bucks County, a person standing on the tracks was killed by a Trenton Regional Rail Line. That happened around 7 a.m. about a mile west from the Croydon station. Investigations for each incident are ongoing.

Philadelphia sports apparel company Mitchell & Ness is being bought by a group led by sports merchandiser Fanatics. 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, who also owns Fanatics, is joined by rappers Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and Lil Baby along with sports-marketing businessman Maverick Carter and TikTok stars the D’Amelio family to purchase the over 100-year-old company for $250 million. All 130+ employees will remain with the company. Mitchell & Ness was founded in 1904 and began as a sports equipment and uniform company. They started making their signature vintage and throwback jerseys in the mid-80's.
