Upper Moreland Township Police are looking for a man wanted for stealing $1,100 worth of seafood and steaks last weekend in Willow Grove. It happened at 8 p.m. Saturday, 2/26, at the Willow Grove Giant on the 300 block of York Road. Dubbed the 'Surf N Turf Swindler,' the suspect was wearing a black winter jacket with a fur-lined hood, a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, tan sneakers and a black Jordan Brand hat. He fled the scene in a gray Nissan Murano. If you have any information, email police at kkramer@uppermoreland.org or call 215-657-4700.

Mason Hall was sentenced to 13 – 32 years in state prison for the August 2017 rape of a woman in Norristown Farm Park in Montgomery County. He was 17 at the time of the assault. Hall pled guilty last June 2021 to rape, along with charges of possession of an instrument of a crime, reckless endangerment, unlawful restraint, and related offenses. He attacked a 19-year-old woman jogging in the park at gunpoint. Investigators recovered the attacker's DNA, but it did not match any databases. Hall was later arrested for vandalism. He broke a car headlight and cut his hand. His DNA matched the unknown rapist's DNA on file.
