The Philadelphia Folksong Society has announced the first part of the lineup for this year's 60th Philadelphia Folk Festival! The 2022 Fest will return to the Old Pool Farm in Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County, on August 18-22. This is the first in-person fest since 2019. The truly unique weekend features camping, crafters, food, kid's activities, and a wide range of music. That musical diversity is certainly seen in the artists announced so far, such as: Michael Franti & Spearhead (reggae/funk), Punch Brothers & Watchhouse w/ Sara Jarosz (americana/bluegrass), Arrested Development (hip hop), Hiss Golden Messenger (folk), Aoife O'Donovan (singer-songwriter), Talisk (Scottish folk), and Bettye LaVette (soul/r&b). (see lineup below)

Tickets are on sale now. You can purchase tickets for the in-person event or streaming digital only.
