Police are investigating the murder of a 4 month baby after unveiling evidence of abuse on the victim. The Upper Darby boy died in November and now the medical examiner calls the death of Jaden Jones a homicide after the autopsy revealed a broken leg and spinal injuries.

Attorneys for the victims of the Duck Boat crash will challenge an 1851 federal maritime law capping liability. They claim the lives of the two Hungarian students killed two years ago are worth more than the boats, valued at $1.8 million, and the families should be entitled to more

The Platt Bridge is off limits to tractor trailers and tankers carrying hazardous chemicals for the next two years. Construction is limiting traffic to one lane in both directions. Starting today trucks will be redirected to either I-95 or Passyunk Avenue.

Sports
Cole Hamels says he plunked Nationals rookie Bryce Harper on purpose and now he may face action from Major League Baseball.

Tonight the Phillies open a series at home with the Mets.
