Protesters were back on the streets in Philadelphia for a second night following the Breonna Taylor grand jury decision in Louisville, KY. This protest started at Independence Mall. New Jersey lawmakers have passed a bill that would ban single use plastic and paper bags as well as plastic foam containers. Several states have bans on plastic bags or Styrofoam containers, but New Jersey would be the first to have an outright ban on paper bags.
