22-year-old Sean Kratz of Philadelphia was automatically sentenced to life without parole by a Bucks County judge today after prosecutors took the death penalty off the table. Dozens of car windows were shot out on Sunday evening, 11/17, on one Olney street by vandals wielding BB guns. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on the 5700 block of North Howard Street. Delaware State Police have announced that the death of a teacher whose body was found in the Brandywine River this past summer has been ruled a homicide.
