More than 6,000 guests landed at Boathouse Row along Kelly Drive on Thursday night, 8/22, for the 8th annual Le Diner en Blanc in Philadelphia. A 13-year-old boy drowned early Wednesday morning, 8/21, after he and three friends snuck into a Delaware County swim club to go 'pool hopping.'
