The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office has issued an arrest warrant for the man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend who was found in Philadelphia after she was reported missing. 23-year-old Justin Smith is still being sought by police in the death of 21-year-old Dianna Brice according to Chesley Lightsey with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Homicide and Non-Fatal Shooting Unit. Brice, who was 14 weeks pregnant and the mother of a 4-year-old, was last seen with Smith in the early afternoon of March 30 leaving a laundromat in Landsdowne, Delaware County. She was found on April 5 in a wooded area on the 5800 block of Eastwick Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. She died from multiple gun shot wounds. Smith's car was found burning in the evening of March 30 near 59th and Florence Street about a mile from where the body was found.

Authorities have arrested 21-year-old Tylydia Garnett and charged her with multiple crimes. She is accused of helping Smith cover up the murder. Police say they have video of Garnett purchasing gasoline and returning to a garage that Smith either owns or rents. They have footage of the two lifting a heavy object into the car, presumably the body of the victim. Garnett followed Smith to the Eastwick location where the body was found. They then went to 59th and Florence Street and set the car on fire. Garnett fled to Miami, FL. She was arrested there on Saturday. Prosecutors requested she be held without bail, but it was set at $75,000. She posted her bail. Police are still searching for Justin Smith.

Britt Reid has been charged with DWI. Reid is a former Kansas City Chiefs assistant coach and son of Head Coach Andy Reid. The crash happened on Thursday, February 4, on an on-ramp to Interstate 435 in Kansas City near Arrowhead Stadium. The Jackson County prosecutor's office said Reid's blood alcohol content was 0.113, above the legal limit of 0.08. He was driving 84 mph in a 65 mph zone when he crashed into two cars stopped on the side of the ramp. 5-year-old Ariel Young was in the back seat of the second car. She suffered serious injuries. On March 27 the family said, "Ariel remains in the hospital, she is getting a little better each day but she still has a long road to recovery. Britt Reid is out everyday living his normal life while she cannot, please don't let her story be forgotten. Court will take a long time and we don't know what will be the outcome of it all. So please keep sharing her story and praying for her and the family. Thank you." On April 2 she left the hospital, but is confined to a wheelchair. She is also unable to walk or talk and must be fed with a feeding tube. Reid surrendered to Kansas City police Monday afternoon and posted $100,000 bond. He is subject to random drug testing and GPD monitoring.
