Phillips' girlfriend, 29-year-old Chelsea Holman, is charged with hindering apprehension and obstruction of justice. It happened around 3 p.m. Saturday, 8/21, at the Phillips 66 gas station on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Willingboro Township, New Jersey.
