A passenger on a Frontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami had to be restrained and duct-taped to his seat after causing a scene, assaulting a male flight attendant, and groping female attendants. 22-year-old Maxwell Berry of Norwalk, OH, was arrested by the Miami-Dade Police Department upon landing and charged with three counts of battery. Philadelphia officials say that not all of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive will re-open to vehicular traffic on Wednesday, 8/4, as announced last month. The MLK bridge that connects the Drive to Eakins Oval at the Art Museum is in need of significant repair. The Medical Examiner's officer has identified the body found on Sunday afternoon, 8/1, in Northeast Philadelphia as missing Bucks County woman Cassandra 'Casey' Johnston. Officials now recommend that fully vaccinated people return to wearing masks indoors in those parts of the country that are experiencing high COVID-19 transmission rates.
