SEPTA police say the attack on four Asian students by four female Black students on a Broad Street Line train was racially motivated. The suspects, who are all under 17, are charged with aggravated assault, ethnic intimidation, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct charges. Union leader John 'Johnny Doc' Dougherty and Philadelphia city councilman Bobby Henon were found guilty of conspiracy and multiple counts of honest services wire fraud in their federal corruption trial on Monday, 11/15. A hospital worker armed with multiple weapons, including an AR-15 rifle, entered Jefferson Hospital and shot a co-worker early Monday morning, 10/4. It happened just after midnight at Jefferson University Hospital at 11th and Chestnut in Center City.
