A man has been arrested for killing his brother in his home in Elkins Park, Montgomery County. Cheltenham Police were called out to the home of 64-year-old Harry Bachman to perform a well being check around noon on Saturday. He was supposed to meet a family member for dinner on Friday night and never showed up. A family member met police at the residence on the 400 block of North Sterling Road to let them in with a key. Authorities returned to the Advanced Urgent Care clinic in Willow Grove on Friday to serve another search warrant. This time it was Upper Moreland Police who briefly shut down the business first thing when it opened in the morning to perform their searches. After the authorities concluded, they allowed it to open back up and the large line of patients who gather there daily rushed to get in. Philadelphia to Move Frank Rizzo Statue; Murder-Suicide in Port Richmond; Crackdown on 'Stop-and-Go'

The City of Philadelphia announced today that it has decided to move the statue of former police commissioner and mayor Frank Rizzo from its current spot across from City Hall. The statue has been located on steps in Thomas Paine Plaza in front of the Municipal Services Building since it was unveiled in 1999. Police in Bristol Township are now investigating after an attempted child luring incident occurred on Thursday afternoon. The incident took place on Glenrose Avenue near Malinda Drive in West Bristol. Police say that a 10-year-old girl was walking home after getting off her school bus when a man in a silver car pulled up next to her. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney addressed City Council on Thursday morning calling on the dissolution of the School Reform Commission (SRC). The commission will vote on a resolution to dissolve at a meeting on November 16th. The SRC was created in 2001 when the state of Pennsylvania took over control of the Philadelphia School District to provide additional resources and financial stability. Philadelphia officials have gotten the approval from the Art Commision on Wednesday to start installing 100 kiosks around the city that will provide free public WiFi. The kiosks will provide free WiFi in Center City as well as other designated locations. The service will be provided and maintained by Intersection, which is a smart city tech and media company. James 'Jimmy' Tayoun Sr., former Philadelphia City Councilman, Pennsylvania Congressman, restaurateur, and newspaperman, has passed away at age 87. Tayoun was by any account one of the most charismatic of Philadelphians. Upper Merion Police have now charged and identified the robbery suspect who was shot by police at the King of Prussia Mall on Sunday. 23-year-old Kalin Jackson was shot at around 4 pm on Sunday in the parking garage near Gulph Road and Mall Boulevard. Jackson was wanted by police for allegedly jumping in the back seat of a woman's car at the mall, putting a gun to her head and demanding her purse. At least 8 people were killed and close to a dozen were injured when a man drove a rented truck down a crowded bike path in Lower Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon. It happened around 3:05 p.m. on the Hudson River Greenway bike path near the West Side Highway. The man drove a rented Home Depot pickup truck along the path from West Houston to Chambers Streets, or about 14 blocks, hitting many bikers and joggers along the way before purposely slamming into a school bus.
