He is accused of video recording his underage female employees as they got dressed in an employee changing room. 65-year-old Larry Bostic is charge with five counts of child endangerment and five counts of invasion of privacy. | New Jersey lawmakers have now sent Governor Chris Christie a measure that would raise the smoking age to 21 in the state. The Democratic controlled Senate wants to raise the smoking age from 19 to 21, only allowing anyone above the age of 21 to buy tobacco and electronic cigarettes. A stretch of 5th Street in Old City was closed Monday night after an underground fire occurred. Crews blocked off the road between Chestnut and Walnut streets. Fire crews arrived on the scene after smoke began to rise from underneath the manhole in the street. Crews were able to get the fire out, but the road remained closed the majority of the night, as they wanted to ensure the safety of vehicles driving on the road. Fire crews are still investigating what caused the fire.
