Philadelphia officials announced on Tuesday, 7/28, that the reopening of indoor dining will be pushed back to at least September 1. Health officials say that daily new positive cases are on the rise. Mayor Kenney tweeted, "The second wave has reached our region. The situation may get worse before it gets better."
