| A Good Samaritan came to the rescue of a woman who fell onto the tracks at a SEPTA subway station earlier this week. The incident was caught on surveillance video. It happened on the westbound side at the 15th Street Station on the Market-Frankford line. Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine announced a new order on Wednesday, July 1, that masks or face coverings are now mandatory anytime you leave your home.
