Last Thursday, 8/22, Philadelphia rapper Lil Uzi Vert was shopping at the King of Prussia Mall. As the Grammy-nominated artist was being escorted through one of the department stores by his security team he was approached by 21-year-old Raheel Ahmad. Philadelphia Police have arrested three men wanted in a series of armed robberies at Popeyes Restaurants in Northeast Philadelphia the past several weeks. It started around 11 p.m. Friday 8/23 near a Popeyes on the 2500 block of Grant Avenue near Roosevelt Boulevard. Police had extra patrols in the area due to the recent incidents. A homeless man is under arrest after attacking another homeless man with a machete along a trail in Bala Cynwyd on Tuesday morning, 8/20. A 13-year-old boy drowned early Wednesday morning, 8/21, after he and three friends snuck into a Delaware County swim club to go 'pool hopping.'
