A Delaware child care center aide has been accused of a sexually assaulting two young children. 27-year-old Timothy K. McCrary of Houston, Delaware, was arrested on Friday, 6/21, following an investigation. He is charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a child by a person of trust and one count of unlawful sexual contact with a child under 13 years old. A small fire continues to burn at the South Philadelphia oil refinery complex after Friday morning's large explosion. Philadelphia Energy Solutions said, "We continue to work to isolate the remaining line; access is limited due to the damage and instability of the remaining structure. We haven't made a decision to let it burn itself out, but that may occur before we can safely isolate it."
