| A Havertown, Delaware County, man has been arrested and charged with raping a 14-year-old old that he met on the Whisper app. 22-year-old Joseph Valiquette is charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, and other charges.
