Two men have been found shot dead inside a South Philadelphia home on Friday evening. Police found the bodies around 6 pm on the 600 block of Fitzgerald Street. The mother of one of the victims, who lives across the street, discovered them on the 2nd floor. The 44-year-old man was found with a shot to the head lying in the hallway. The other victim, a 53-year-old man, was found inside a bedroom with a shot to the chest. A gun was found next to the 44-year-old. Neighbors say they were roommates and got along well. Police are still investigating, but it appears to be a murder-suicide. Autopsy will determine if the gun found was the gun used in the shooting.

State lawmakers and the Montgomery County District Attorney announced Friday that the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole will hear from the family of Ellen Robb in the case of her husband. Former Penn Professor Rafael Robb beat her to death over 6 years ago and was sentenced 5-10 years through a plea deal. The parole board signed off on his standard release for good behavior and time served. He is scheduled to be released on January 28th. Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman doesn't believe they had all the relevant information, notably the ongoing family impact. Using existing state law and petitions from State Representatives Todd Stephens and Mike Vereb along with help from the Governor's office the parole board agreed to meet with the victim’s family next week. R. Robb's parole will be under reconsideration.

Hundreds from the local Muslim community gathered at Bryant Elementary School in West Philly and fanned out in all directions looking for any information about the Monday abduction of 5-year-old Nailla Robinson. They went door to door with flyers walking along the same grid of blocks that police canvassed on Wednesday urging their neighbors to come forward with any information that might lead to the kidnappers. The police believe a woman and man team is responsible. They knew the girl's name, her classroom, and her family. The woman suspect dressed in Muslim garb when she took Nailla. The little girl was found 19 hours later under a playground in Upper Darby. There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
