Dramatic video shot by a bystander Pat Tackney outside of Jim's Steaks at 4th and South Street shows a man's pants catch on fire after being tased. It happened on Friday night, 2/1, outside the cheesesteak restaurant along South Street in South Philadelphia. Apparently the man refused to leave the store and was forced outside by security guards.
