A man is in custody after a person was shot and killed in an office building in North Philadelphia late Friday morning, 10/1. It happened around 11:30 a.m. at Logan Plaza at 5201 Old York Road. A man was shot in the head on the first floor of the building and pronounced dead a short time later. Police treated it as an active shooter situation and began to search the entire building.
